Background

Pennine Flooring Supplies, a leading flooring distributor in Northern England, was set to launch an exclusive carpet brand. Their goal was to create a premium feel that would resonate with consumers. To achieve this, they required comprehensive branding and launch communications.

Our Work

I completed a branding exercise for the project, which included developing a brand strategy, brand name, logo, and full brand identity. To keep everything consistent long term, I also provided a set of brand guidelines. I followed this up with a suite of communications to support Pennine in launching Spaces. This included social media content, email campaigns, sample books and a sales presentation to help the team introduce Spaces to their customers.

The Results

Spaces has only been on the market a couple of months however it has been extremely well received with customers loving its premium feel and polished identity. The launch communications generated a significant number of requests for sample books, enabling flooring installers to showcase the brand effectively to their customers.
