Dale Bathrooms, a bathroom retailer in Manchester, aimed to enhance their brand awareness and engagement. To do this they wanted to improve the performance of their social media platforms and their website. Their overall goal was to drive visitors to their showroom.
Our Work
Dale Bathrooms social media platforms had suffered from poor engagement strategies implemented by a previous agency, which we needed to rectify. To do this we implemented a new social media strategy focused on delivering consistently engaging content to their audience, building trust through an abundance of high quality case studies, as well as showcasing their showroom. In addition to this we added a blog to their website, which designed to provide potential customers with valuable information and drive traffic to the brand.
The Results
In addition to giving the brand a more professional looking and purposeful social media presence, in just one month we increased Dale Bathrooms social media account reach by 6,246%, we increased engagement by 1,858% and increased profile visits by 193%. We also started started to see new website traffic directly via the blog.
