J2 Flooring, an LVT flooring manufacturer located in Ormskirk, sought to enhance their digital marketing presence. Their goal was to drive traffic to their website, to increase product awareness and to boost brand engagement. This required a consistent social media strategy and content strategy.

Our Work

I recommended incorporating a blog into their website and developing a content strategy that delivers value to their audience. This strategy would address key customer questions, provide inspiration, feature case studies, and offer informative content. Additionally, I created a social media strategy and took over the management of their Instagram and Facebook accounts. These platforms needed to engage both end users and flooring contractors and retailers. I aimed to establish a consistent social media presence that not only showcased their products but also provided interior design and flooring inspiration. To further drive awareness and enhance user-generated content, I implemented an influencer marketing strategy, collaborating with home interior creators and influencers.

The Results

J2 Flooring experienced a significant increase in their online presence. The blog and content strategy increased website traffic and prolonged visitor engagement. The social media strategy boosted their Instagram and Facebook followings by over 2000 followers, increased their reach by 600%, improved engagement and generated frequent enquiries through direct messages.

The influencer marketing strategy amplified their reach and credibility. Collaborations with home interior creators resulted in increased brand awareness and provided high quality user-generated content, which was effectively utilised across J2 Flooring’s channels.
